I am seeking someone to sublet a room at Proximity ODU for $769 a month for the remainder of the lease. I will be finishing classes earlier than I had originally planned and no longer need to stay for the entire school year.
The unit is a 3 bedroom you would be in the largest room it has 2 closets. After 12/31 the other 2 rooms will also be vacant if you have friends. The complex will likely move people into those rooms in January if you come alone. This is good though as it helps cut down on utility costs and saves you from finding your own roommates. Any applicant must be approved by the landlord before moving in. If you have bad credit I still encourage you to apply as they have some options for individuals who dont have the best credit.

Move-in date: 1/1/2023 but earlier might be possible.
Lease end date: 7/31/2023 with the option to renew.
